Return/Exchange Policy & Terms

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY & TERMS.

We Appreciate You and Your Business.

YOUR SATISFACTION is our HIGHEST PRIORITY.

We Recognize That There May Be Times When a Return or Exchange May Be Desired, Warranted or Necessary.

Here is our Returns and Exchanges Policy and Terms.

 

Returns:

1)  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you received it in damaged condition, simply return it to us in its original condition (or the exact condition that you received it in) within 15 calendar days of the day you received it.  Your return will only be accepted if it is shipped back to us within 15 calendar days of the day you received it.

 

2)  You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us during this 15-day period to qualify for a refund.  To request your return please email us to request an RMA number at:

Additional instructions will be emailed to you once the RMA number is issued. 

NO Returns are permitted without an RMA number being issued.

 

3)  Please indicate the reason for the return when you contact us via email and when you send the item back.  Failure to indicate the reason for the return will result in the return not being processed and accepted.

 

4)  Returned items should be unused, unsoiled (unless the merchandise was received by you at the time it was delivered to you in a damaged, soiled or defective condition) and must be returned in its original packaging along with the RMA forms and any other enclosed invoice and other documentation.  We will issue a full refund once we have received and inspected the merchandise. If it is determined upon return inspection that the merchandise is not in original, unused, unsoiled condition, then no refund will be issued (unless the merchandise was received by you at the time it was delivered to you in a damaged, soiled or defective condition).

 

5) Any and all refunds are made to you excluding the original shipping, handling and delivery charge that was charged to you at the time of order processing and shipment.  The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.  The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we advise you that you should send the merchandise in a return parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the merchandise being returned.

 

6)  Any and all refunds will be made to and paid ONLY to the method of payment and to the account you used at the time you placed your order.

 

7)  The Original Shipping, Handling and Delivery charges are only refundable to you if the merchandise are deemed by us to be faulty, defective or damaged at the time and date that you received the merchandise.

 

8)  All original sales and charges billed and charged to you for merchandise are considered final and binding and non-refundable unless the above return terms, conditions and procedures are fully complied with.

 

Exchanges:

1)  If you are making an exchange for any reason, the merchandise you are exchanging must be returned to us in its original condition (or if you received it in damaged condition, then kept in that original damaged condition that you received it in) within 15 calendar days of the day you received it.  Your exchange will only be accepted and processed if the original merchandise shipped to you is shipped back to us within 15 calendar days of the day you received it.

 

2)  You must request a Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number from us during this 15-day period to qualify for an exchange.  To request your exchange please email us to request an EMA number at:

5) Please indicate the reason for the exchange when you contact us via email and when you send the merchandise back.  If you are making an exchange for a different size, you must indicate the size of the new exchange merchandise you are requesting.  Failure to indicate the new size you are requesting will result in the exchange not being processed and shipped.

 

6)  Any and all shipping, handling and delivery costs for return of the merchandise to be exchanged and any of the shipping, handling and delivery costs of shipping to you the new exchanged merchandise are the sole and exclusive expense of the purchaser - unless the original merchandise you received was proven to be faulty, defective or damaged at the time and date when you received the merchandise.

 

7)  All original sales and charges billed and charged to you for merchandise are considered final and binding and non-refundable unless the above exchange terms, conditions and procedures are fully complied with.

 

Customs, Import and Export Duties, Taxes, Fees, Costs and Charges:

Your Purchase(s), and also any refund(s) or exchange(s) for your purchases(s), may be subject to customs, import or export duties, taxes, fees, costs and charges depending on where you live and where your purchase is being shipped to/from.

Any and All Customs, Import or Export Duties, Taxes, Fees, Costs and Charges that may apply to your purchase(s) or refund(s) or exchange(s) are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPENSE of the purchaser and are NOT included in your total purchase price that is processed at time of order check out and payment authorization and payment approval.

Your purchase of any and all products or orders that are shipped internationally (meaning to shipping destinations that are outside of the continental USA fifty states) do NOT include any applicable customs, import or export duties, taxes, fees, costs, charges or other related costs and expenses which the shipment may be subject to or that may be charged or assessed for said shipment.

In the event that you wish to do a return or exchange, any and all applicable customs, import or export duties, taxes, fees, costs, charges or related costs or expenses pertaining to said return or exchange are also the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND EXPENSE of the purchaser.

Any and all costs and expenses the purchaser incurs for customs, import or export duties, taxes, fees, costs and charges are NOT subject to and may not be used to/for or applied to/for the offset of any returns or exchanges or credits for said purchase(s).

We reserve the right to make changes to any or all of this Return/Exchange Policy & Terms at any time for any reason or without reason. Your Purchases of any product, service or merchandise from us and your use of this WEBSITE following any change in the Return/Exchange Policy & Terms will constitute your agreement to be bound by the new Return/Exchange Policy & Terms, as changed or as applicable.

If there is a material change in our Return/Exchange Policy & Terms practices, we will indicate on the WEBSITE that our Return/Exchange Policy & Terms practices have changed and provide a link to the new policy.
